("AMI"). Operating out of a 57,000 sq. ft. facility in Northwest Edmonton, the acquisition of AMI provides Britco with additional production capacity and complements Britco's modular manufacturing facilities in Agassiz and Penticton, British Columbia and in Waco, Texas.
